Owner and Registered Manager
Laura
has over 10 years' experience within the care industry and started her career
as a care assistant within domiciliary care.
Laura is the Registered Manager here at Carelinx Ltd as well as the founder of
the company. She has an extensive background in both management and the care
sector following a long career with 2 other local providers.
Within
Laura's first year of being a Registered Manager with another provider, she was
a key part in that provider been awarded it's first outstanding by CQC for
being a responsive service and was a great leader in driving this forward.
Laura
is a very driven person and has an amazing eye for detail, she 'makes things
happen' and is very committed to standards of care. She is a very organised and
motivated manager who will always go the extra mile for her team and the
service.
