As the Director and Founder of Carelinx Ltd, I have been in the care industry for
10 years. I started as a Care Worker and worked hard, working my way up into
management.
After
working for several different providers, I decided to set up on my own, due to
a real need for domiciliary care within the local area.
Having
absorbed and learnt so much over the last few years with the different
providers I have worked for, I wanted to pull all my knowledge and skills
together and really make a difference in people's lives.
I
have a true passion for leadership, training & development and I wanted the
opportunity to build and support a team of my own with the same visions, values
and ethics.
Carelinx Ltd Aims: To deliver a service of the highest quality that will improve and sustain our client's overall quality of life. To ensure that the services we provide are delivered flexibly, attentively and in a non-discriminatory fashion, while respecting our client's rights to independence, privacy, dignity, fulfilment and choice.
To manage the service efficiently and effectively and earn an excellent reputation for delivering a bespoke, quality Domiciliary care service. We aim to exceed our client's expectations of what care is about. We do this by providing a holistic person-centred approach to care.
We invest our time and attention into the care of all our service users. Our client's needs and wishes are paramount to us and we will endeavour to create a service that meets and exceeds all expectations.
We will only recruit the highest possible calibre of care and support workers and ensure with our ongoing training, guidance and support that our team follow through with our company aims, objectives, values and beliefs. It is important to us that all our care and support workers are happy in their work and feel valued and enjoy delivering a high standard of service to all within the service.
